I-Plus injector has a unique design, high precision of dosage, simple service without necessity of calibration, and is reliable despite of gas quality. I-Plus Arco injector is available in 4 sections manifolds with replaceable calibrated nozzles matched to a particular amount of cylinders and engine capacity. I-Plus Arco is an improvement of well known and reliable I-Plus Silent injector.

The basic difference between the two designs is that the construction material has been changed. The body of I-Plus Arco was made from special material strengthen with a carbon fibre, that has mechanical properties close to aluminium material. Due to material change, the injector weight was reduced about 1 kg.

The second significant difference of the new injector is a change of nozzles fitment in the injector`s body. The new solution replaces threaded nozzles with nozzles fitted with lock pins. The mentioned fitment of calibrated nozzles excludes the troublesome necessity of tightening by dynamometric tool. What is more, it simplifies eventual disassembly of the injector. In addition, it is significant that nozzles have different colours depended on the calibrated hole diameter.

Application:

• 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 cylinders engines,
• range of power up to 70 HP per cylinder (hihg pressure 8 bar version)
• minimal petrol injection time tb_min = 2 ms
• minimal gas injection time tg_min = 3,2 ms
